Your Data Stays Yours
We collect only what coaching needs: your name, contact details, session recordings, and progress notes. Recordings are used for your feedback and never shared publicly without written consent. Newsletter subscribers can leave with one click, and we delete personal data on request within 30 days. We never sell data, full stop.
Fair Terms For Both Sides
Course access begins on enrolment and includes lifetime session recordings. You may reschedule any private session with 24 hours notice. Full refunds are available after the first two lessons of any course. Discount codes apply to one enrolment each and can't be combined. Accounts are personal — please don't share logins.
Honest Expectations
Coaching improves skills through practice; it doesn't guarantee grades, jobs, deals, or competition results. Testimonials reflect individual effort and starting points. Our wellness and mindset sessions support confidence and performance but are not therapy or medical treatment — please consult qualified professionals for health concerns.

Yes, students aged 12+ join regular practice classes with parental consent, and we run dedicated youth groups each school term. Community open nights welcome all ages.
